Just Like Yesterday is a quirky and colorful reflection on the unforgettable year, 2020. It tells the story of Cordelia Katstopolis, an average girl attempting to normalize her work from home routine. Although the pressures of quarantine and the work-from-home confines are temporary, the timeless ideas of forgiving oneself and how critical our inner voice can be are explored through Cordelia’s special day.

This short film was an amalgamation of pandemic frustration. Kendall and her neighbors, Nika Burnett (‘Cordelia Katstopolis’) and Christian Klein (Director of Photography) banded together in attempts to burn out their creative frustration and make an ode to the repetitive, mundane lifestyle that the Covid era had brought to their lives.
